St. Moritz Style

St. Moritz Style

The traditional hip flask can often be seen as a little ‘old-hat’, but over the last 18 months Solo has seen something of a revival in this time-honoured men’s gift. The Philippi St. Moritz exemplifies this trend, drawing on historic traditions but with a contemporary twist. The highly polished stainless steel flask is protected by a zipped leather case with an adjustable chord, so you can keep the precious contents close at all times. The full Philippi range is available exclusively in the UK from Solo.

Earth Squared, the fashion accessories brand, has seen sales increase over the spring 2015 season by five per cent compared with the same period last year, making it the best spring season for the company since launching the wholesale side of its business in 2007.

The brand is enjoying continued growth in the UK and abroad, with an additional 65 accounts coming on board since the beginning of 2015, taking the total number of trade customers to more than 500 in the UK and a further 40 overseas. New accounts have been opened this year as far afield as Japan, New Zealand and Australia, and valuable repeat business is coming in from the USA.

The fair trade label, run by husband-and-wife team Alison and Simon Henderson, has been growing its trade presence across a core base of independent retail shops, visitor attractions, garden centres and small department stores. A large percentage of business continues to be generated from the leading trade shows, including Home & Gift, Spring and Autumn Fair and Top Drawer.
