Spring Fair 2025 Announces #SBS Small Business Sunday Winners

Spring Fair, which celebrates its 75th anniversary at the NEC Birmingham on 2nd – 5th February 2025, is delighted to announce twelve new winners of Theo Paphitis's #SBS Small Business Sunday initiative who each receive a free stand at the February show. Since 2018, the TV dragon and #SBS Small Business Sunday creator and Spring and Autumn Fair have joined forces to support start-up businesses. Together they have worked with over 60 SMEs, playing a vital role in their future success.

Stabilo announces collaboration with Dolce&Gabbana

Dolce&Gabbana and Stabilo have collaborated for the first time on an exclusive highlighter collection.

Stabilo is a german brand specilaising in the production of highlighters, writing instruments and colouring pens and pencils.

Founded in 1855, Stabilo is synonymous with quality, colour variety and innovation. Bold designs and ergonomic features have made the brand's products a favourite choice of students, artists and professionals around the world.

For this first collaboration, four creations have been chosen that recall some of Dolce&Gabbana's most iconic patterns: Sicilian decorations embrace the Milky Yellow Stabilo Boss Original highlighter, the decisive soul of the Leopard characterises the Beige shade, while the black and white of the Zebra print and the Mediterranean Blue majolica decorate the Black and Cloudy Blue models respectively.

Campaign to drive footfall and spend in UK and Irish high streets recognised at top industry awards

Fintech Miconex picked up the award for Best Creative Marketing Campaign for its end of term campaign at the Gift Card & Voucher Association Hall of Fame awards held on 12th September in London.

A commitment to driving footfall and spend in UK and Irish towns and cities through creative marketing was the driver for Miconex collecting an award at the recent Gift Card & Voucher Association Hall of Fame awards.

Miconex received the Best Creative Marketing Campaign award for their end of term campaign delivered across its network of over 80 Town & City Gift Card programmes in the UK and Ireland, including Scotland Loves Local Gift Cards delivered alongside Scotland's Towns Partnership. The local gift cards lock spend into local communities by encouraging 'shop local'.

London Packaging Week is thrilled to unveil the winners of its inaugural Innovation Awards, sponsored by Fedrigoni, celebrating groundbreaking advancements in packaging across various categories. In a collaboration with Aston Martin, Bowmore has crafted a decanter that is as much a work of art as it is a vessel for this exceptional whisky. The design takes inspiration from the Japanese metalworking technique 'Mokume-Gane,' known for its unique layered patterns. This technique has been reimagined through layered carbon fibre sheets, creating the decanter's distinctive Mokume lid. The result is a lid that evokes a futuristic aesthetic and mirrors the natural black rocks of Loch Indaal, the home of the Bowmore Distillery.

Poetic Brand has announced that it has partnered with Universal Products & Experiences to design, manufacture and distribute a wide range of Wicked-inspired product.

From adults' and kids' apparel to luggage and bags – in the UK market celebrating the two-part, gravity-defying, generation-defining cinematic event.

A comprehensive range of daywear will include tops, skirts, trousers, leggings, dresses, coats, jackets and outerwear. There will also be pyjama sets, including toddlers' and/or children's pyjamas packaged together with adult pyjamas, along with a range of sportswear, swimming costumes, bikinis and swimming shorts.

Rounding off this impressive collection, Poetic will be developing Wicked-inspired bags and luggage. All designs will adapt the colourful style and imagery of the Land of Oz from the film to a visually stunning range.

Visitor registration for Toy Fair 2025 will open in late September on the Toy Fair website, www.toyfair.co.uk, when the floorplan and exhibitor list will also be live for planning.
