Tell us about your product offering. We consider ourselves to be the leading supplier of licensed giftware and collectibles in the UK and Europe. Our portfolio includes Beatrix Potter, Disney, Warner Bros, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones to name a few. We are also the exclusive distributor for Demdaco, Willow Tree and Lolita. What are your most popular products? Despite the pandemic we have seen unprecedented demand for Willow Tree and Disney Traditions by Jim Shore. Our UK developed Ginology collection, is also in big demand, with a £9.95 SRP and fully recyclable packaging it is perfect for all retail environments from garden centres to online retailers. Have any styles taken you by surprise with their popularity? We are seeing demand for the lesser- known characters from the Disney portfolio. Madam Mim, for example, launched early 2020 and has been a huge success. How do you keep your designs fresh and current? Do you follow trends? We do keep up with trends, we launched our Ginology collection at just the right time and we are maximising demand, but we are not a trend led company. More important to our success is keeping up to date with licensor activity. Movie launches, DVD launches, anniversaries. We launch new product twice a year, but this is becoming more fluid as the way we sell, and the way consumers buy change especially in the wake of the pandemic. 72
