MILLENNIALS (GEN Y, BORN 1981-1996) Millennials are known for their buying power and influence. They have distinct preferences, including: Convenience and Flexibility: Convenience is key for Millennials. They favour subscription services, on-demand content, and flexible payment options like buy-now-pay-later. Clothing and footwear retailers offering flexible payment options have experienced a 20 per cent boost in sales among Millennial shoppers.
